What to bring to a funnel review besides the export

A usable conversion funnel review needs current screens, a success sentence, and someone who can pause a recording, not only a CSV.

Teams send a large export and hope the rest is obvious. It is not. We still need:

• One sentence that defines success (first GrabPay capture, not “any payment attempt”).
• Production screenshots for each step, including the Malay and English layouts if both ship.
• A person who can say whether an OTP event fires on send or on success.
• A handful of session recordings already clipped to the suspected step, if you have a recording product.

Without those, conversion funnel analytics becomes archaeology. We can still work, but the quote grows, and the map will contain more labelled gaps. If you are booking a conversion funnel review, put those four items in the same folder as the export.
