What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, optional preferred week, the kind of work selected, and your message about a conversion path. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, passwords, or full event dumps through the website.

If we later receive an export for a review, it may contain user identifiers your tracker already stores. You should minimise those fields before sending. We treat the file as confidential client material.

Why we use it

To reply to enquiries, to perform the contracted review, to invoice, and to meet record-keeping duties in Malaysia. Legal bases include your request for a step prior to contract, performance of contract, and legitimate interests in running a small practice.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries: twelve months. Signed engagements: seven years for invoices and the final PDF; raw exports are deleted within ninety days after the readout unless you ask us in writing to keep them for a follow-up session.

Rights

Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask to access, correct, or limit use of personal data we hold, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis. Write to hello@page-grovehub.click. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Department of Malaysia.

International transfers

Our email and file host may store copies outside Malaysia. We use providers who contract to protect the data. We do not sell lists.
