Refunds, deposits, and moving a kickoff

These rules apply to the human-delivered work listed on this site. We do not sell physical goods, software licences, or course seats.

Eligibility

A refund request must come from the person who paid, in writing to hello@page-grovehub.click, with the invoice number and the engagement name (for example, conversion funnel review).

Before work starts

If you cancel more than five working days before the agreed kickoff, we refund the deposit in full. If you cancel inside five working days, we keep 25% of the deposit for the reserved week and refund the rest, unless we have already begun dictionary work by agreement.

After work has started

Once we have opened your export or begun the event dictionary, the deposit is not refundable. Fees for work already performed are invoiced at the quoted rate; unused remaining hours are not billed. We do not refund because a conversion rate did not move after you shipped a test — the review is the document and the readout, not a promised lift.

Partial refunds

If we cannot complete a review because access was never granted, we invoice for hours already spent (minimum two hours) and refund any unused deposit above that. If we miss an agreed readout date by more than five working days for reasons on our side, you may choose a 15% reduction on the remaining balance or a rescheduled readout.

Non-refundable items

Third-party room hire if you asked us to book a venue other than Level 7. Printed copies you requested beyond the PDF. Time already spent cleaning a dictionary you described as complete when it was not.

How refunds are paid

We return money by the same method you used, typically within fifteen working days after we agree the amount. Bank charges on your side remain yours.

Rescheduling

You may move a kickoff once without fee if you give three working days’ notice. A second move, or a move with less notice, may be treated as a cancellation under the deposit rules above.

No-show

If nobody from your side joins the readout and you had not warned us, the readout is treated as delivered. We can offer a recorded catch-up at a further half-day rate.

Drop-off sessions

A session cancelled with less than two working days’ notice is charged in full. Materials already prepared stay yours.

Measurement plans

If wireframes change so completely that the named path no longer exists, we stop, invoice for work to date, and refund any unused remainder of a prepaid fee.
