Who this is for
Product managers, growth leads, and founders of Malaysian consumer, commerce, and finance apps who already fire events but cannot explain why a particular step loses people. You need a person who will argue with the event names, not another chart.
Result
A map of one conversion path (for example install → first value → paid action) with named drop-off points, likely causes, and a short list of changes worth testing. The map uses the labels your team already uses in meetings — “KYC selfie”, “e-wallet list”, “iOS ATT prompt” — not generic stage names.
Scope
One primary funnel, up to eight steps, typically ninety days of events if you have them. iOS and Android may be treated as two views of the same path when the screens differ.
Included: kickoff call, event dictionary review, step-by-step conversion table, annotated screenshots, ninety-minute readout.
Not included: writing tracking code, running advertisements, hosting a dashboard, or sitting in your stand-ups after the readout unless you book check-ins separately.
Who does the work
A named reviewer at Page Grove Hub — currently the practice lead plus one associate for event cleaning. You will know the names before kickoff.
Process
- You send a brief: the path, the definition of success, and how events are named.
- We agree access (export files or time-boxed read-only access).
- We rebuild the step table and flag mismatches between iOS and Android.
- We watch a sample of session recordings against the table.
- Readout: we walk the map, then leave you the document.
Timeline and place
Ten working days is typical once the export arrives. Kickoff and readout can be at Level 7, 38 Test Road, or on a video call if your team is in Penang, Johor Bahru, or elsewhere in Malaysia.
Preparation
A current event dictionary, the production screens for each step, and one person who can say what “success” means. If the dictionary is missing, we still start, but the quote includes extra hours for name archaeology.
Constraints
We will not invent missing events. If a step is not instrumented, it appears on the map as a gap. We do not share your numbers with other clients.
Price
Starting at RM 4,800 for a single-path review on one operating system. A second OS, a second success definition, or a tracker with heavily duplicated event names moves the quote. See rates for what changes the fee.
