Use this when the leaking step is already obvious — the wallet list, the OTP screen, the “continue as guest” fork — and you need a structured argument in the room rather than a ten-day review.
We prepare from a short extract of events and five to ten session recordings you nominate. In the room we walk the screen state by state, write down competing explanations, and leave with a ranked list of tests. Notes go out the next working day.
This is not a lecture on conversion funnel analytics. If nobody who can change the screen can attend, wait and book the written review instead.
