Terms of engagement

These terms govern paid work between you and Page Grove Hub (the practice operating from Level 7, 38 Test Road, Kuala Lumpur 00000). By paying a deposit or confirming a start week in writing, you accept them.

Work we perform

We provide conversion funnel analytics as human-delivered reviews, working sessions, and measurement plans described on this site. We do not sell software access, payment processing, or advertising placement.

Quotes and changes

A quote is valid for thirty days. If the event export differs materially from what was described (for example, undocumented duplicate events across both operating systems), we pause and re-quote before continuing.

Your materials

You warrant that you may share event exports, recordings, and screenshots. You remain responsible for stripping fields you do not want us to see (precise location, identity numbers). We do not need MyKad images for a funnel review.

Intellectual property

The written map we deliver is yours to use inside your organisation. Our working method, templates, and public journal articles remain ours. We will not reuse your numbers or screens in our journal without separate written permission.

Confidentiality

We keep engagement files for the retention period in the privacy notice, then delete them. We do not discuss your drop-off rates with other clients.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We do not promise a particular conversion rate after tests ship. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere to protect confidential materials.
